DRONPLEX provides drone-based services, which may include, without limitation, roof inspections, aerial imaging, thermal imaging, construction progress monitoring, aerial data capture, visual documentation, and related reporting services for residential, commercial, and industrial applications.
All services are subject to availability, site conditions, weather conditions, operational feasibility, safety considerations, and applicable laws and regulations.

Drone-based inspections, thermal imaging, aerial photography, video capture, and related services depend on observable conditions, available technology, access, site conditions, weather, lighting, and operational limitations.
DRONPLEX does not guarantee that every defect, leak, anomaly, damage, hidden condition, or structural issue will always be detected. Results are based on the specific scope of services agreed for each project.
7. Operational and Safety Conditions
All drone operations are subject to applicable aviation, safety, privacy, and site-access requirements. DRONPLEX reserves the right to delay, reschedule, modify, or cancel any service if conditions are unsafe, non-compliant, or otherwise unsuitable for operations.
This may include, without limitation:

• weather conditions;

• wind conditions;

• restricted or controlled airspace;

• unsafe site conditions;

• denied or limited access;

• nearby hazards;

• technical limitations;

• legal or regulatory restrictions.

8. Client Responsibilities
Where applicable, clients are responsible for:

• providing accurate project information;

• ensuring lawful access to the property or site;

• obtaining any required permissions, approvals, or authorizations;

• disclosing known hazards, access restrictions, or special site conditions;

• ensuring the site is reasonably accessible and safe for service delivery.

DRONPLEX is not responsible for delays, added costs, incomplete work, or inability to perform services resulting from inaccurate information, lack of access, safety concerns, hidden hazards, or conditions beyond our reasonable control.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, logos, branding, graphics, images, videos, layout, design elements, and other materials, is the property of DRONPLEX and/or Drone Services Group Inc., unless otherwise stated.

10. Project Materials and Deliverables
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all project deliverables are provided for the client’s internal business use in connection with the agreed project.
Ownership, licensing, permitted use, reproduction rights, confidentiality, and publication rights relating to images, videos, reports, and other deliverables may be governed by the applicable quote, proposal, agreement, or invoice terms.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, DRONPLEX may retain copies of non-confidential project materials for recordkeeping, quality assurance, internal training, portfolio, and marketing purposes, provided that doing so does not violate confidentiality obligations.
11. Third-Party Links
This website may contain links to third-party websites or services for convenience only. DRONPLEX does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, accuracy, privacy practices, or policies of third-party websites or services.

12. Payments, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
Payment terms, deposits, cancellation fees, rescheduling terms, and late payment terms, if applicable, will be set out in the relevant quote, proposal, agreement, or invoice.
DRONPLEX reserves the right to reschedule services where reasonably necessary due to weather, safety concerns, operational requirements, technical issues, or factors outside our reasonable control.
